My interest in art and design started in first grade, when I won a local coloring contest. Since then I've been obsessed with making things people love--from hand-drawn illustrations to digitally created graphics, logos, websites and animations.
In 2010, I graduated from Southwestern University and began a career in creative staffing and recruiting. This is where I learned all about the field of UX and product design. In 2015, I decided to make a career shift and began studying design at the Art Institute of Austin, General Assembly Austin, and in 2017, I completed an immersive UI/UX Design bootcamp. Since then, I've worked at mid-size to established startups as a UI/UX and product designer. I believe that the best designs come from cross-departmental collaboration, and I pride myself on being able to bring people together to solve customer problems.
When I'm not sketching on my ipad or browsing dribbble for inspiration, you'll find me running at LadyBird lake, swimming laps at Deep Eddy, or sipping on a fromar (frozen margarita) at Matt's El Rancho.
